St. Thomas wins most championships in MIAC history

Out of the 12 conference titles up for grabs this winter, St. Thomas won nine of them. These included six conference championships out of the eight winter sports.

The St. Thomas women’s distance medley relay team took first at the NCAA Indoor Championships last weekend in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Burnham places in three Outdoor Championship events

Mallory Burnham won the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.02 seconds in the final round of the NCAA Division-III Outdoor Championships.

Burnham finished second in the 60-meter hurdles and third in the 60-meter dash, while Dunne finished third in the heptathlon.

Eyo Ekpo took third in the NCAA Division III track and field championships Saturday while Taylor Berg’s two second place finishes helped carry the women’s team to ninth place.
