On Oct. 21, 2014 at 11:10 a.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity outside of Summit Classroom Building. A St. Thomas employee reported she observed several people approach a vehicle parked outside of the building and appear to exchange cash with an occupant.

On Oct. 21, 2014 at 5:43 p.m., Public Safety assisted a St. Thomas employee on the 2100 block of Summit Avenue. The employee’s parked vehicle was boxed in by another vehicle, making it difficult for the employee to get out of a space.

On Oct. 22, 2014 at 8:58 a.m., Public Safety responded to a medical in Minneapolis School of Law. A St. Thomas student who tripped and fell, suffering a head injury, was taken via taxi to an area hospital for further medical attention.

On Oct. 22, 2014 at 4:04 p.m., Public Safety reported a suspicious incident in Lot G. Officers identified an intoxicated, non-St. Thomas affiliated person, found sleeping in a vehicle, who was sent off campus with a sober caregiver.

On Oct. 22, 2014 at 10:01 p.m., Public Safety assisted a St. Thomas parent in the Morrison Hall Public Safety office. The parent received information that his or her student was hospitalized on a study abroad program and needed help getting additional information.

On Oct. 23, 2014 at 11:24 p.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to public urination near the arches. SPPD cited an underage St. Thomas student, who consumed alcohol and fled from officers when found urinating.

On Oct. 23, 2014 at 11:59 p.m., Public Safety reported public urination outside of John Roach Center. A St. Thomas student was found urinating near the building.

On Oct. 24, 2014 at 1:29 a.m., Public Safety reported a liquor law violation on the Upper Quad. Two underage St. Thomas students consumed and possessed alcohol, and they were also found in possession of fake IDs.

On Oct. 24, 2014 at 2:36 a.m., Public Safety documented a noise complaint on the 2100 block of Grand Avenue. A St. Thomas neighbor’s report of an individual yelling could not be verified upon officers’ check of the area.

On Oct. 25, 2014 at 12:11 a.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in Grace Hall. A St. Thomas student reported she was followed by an unidentified group of individuals who made offensive statements to her as she walked to campus.

On Oct. 25, 2014 at 12:25 a.m., Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at 2085 Grand Avenue. A small oven fire was extinguished by a student who didn’t report any injury or damages.

On Oct. 25, 2014 at 8:48 p.m., Public Safety and SPFD medics responded to a medical outside of Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex. Medics assisted a St. Thomas guest experiencing a panic attack who declined further medical attention.

On Oct. 25, 2014 at 8:27 p.m., Public Safety and SPFD medics responded to a medical in Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex. Medics assisted a St. Thomas guest experiencing respiratory distress who declined further medical attention.

On Oct. 26, 2014 at 12:48 a.m., Public Safety reported suspicious activity in Lot B. An underage St. Thomas student and underage guest, observed riding bikes that did not appear to belong to them, were found to have consumed and possessed alcohol.
