St. Thomas volleyball continued MIAC dominance at home Wednesday night. The N0. 10-ranked Tommies (16-4 overall, 5-0 MIAC) cruised to a win in straight sets over Macalester (6-10, 0-4) at Concordia’s Gangelhoff Center.

“We knew they were beatable,” said junior outside hitter Katie Bonine. “We weren’t going to take it easy this time.”

Senior Kyley Crotty’s 13 kills and 13 digs helped push St. Thomas’ conference winning streak to 35 games. Junior Emily Foster’s 36 assists helped keep St. Thomas a half-game ahead of St. Ben’s in the MIAC standings.
