Public Safety briefs

On July 11 at 10:24 p.m., Public Safety responded to an E-Line Call in John Paul II Residence Hall. Officers responding to an emergency call in JPII determined a guest misdialed and no emergency was present.

On July 12 at 9:25 a.m., Public Safety reported a noise/party complaint on the 100 block of Cleveland Avenue. A UST neighbor reported an unidentified group of people were making a lot of noise outside of their residence.

On July 12 at 9:57 a.m., a UST employee reported three UST vacuum cleaners were stolen from the Dowling Hall lower level lounge area.

On July 13 at 12:44 p.m., Public Safety reported a burglary in John Roach Center. A UST employee reported the glass pane of their secured office door was forcibly removed, and several books were stolen from the office.

On July 13 at 5:23 p.m., Public Safety reported a suspicious incident in Morrison Hall. Several UST employees reported they received suspicious e-mails from a former UST student.

On July 14 at 1:29 p.m., Public Safety reported a theft outside of Summit Classroom Building. A UST student reported his secured bicycle was stolen from the bike rack outside of SCB.

On July 14 at 8:12 p.m., Public Safety reported a suspicious incident on the 1900 block of Marshall Avenue. A report of an unidentified individual experiencing a medical emergency was determined to be unfounded upon officer search of the area.

On July 15 at 12:36 a.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to a burglary in Physical Plant. Several UST offices were entered without authorization, and multiple pieces of property were stolen.

On July 15 at 11:10 a.m., Public Safety reported property damage at 2140 Summit Avenue. A UST employee reported an exterior window had a hole in it.

On July 16 at 6:54 a.m., Public Safety reported vehicle damage in Lot E. A UST vehicle in the lot backed into a dumpster causing minor damage to the vehicle.

On July 16 at 10:34 p.m., Public Safety reported a theft in O’Shaughnessy Stadium. A UST student reported unsecured personal property was stolen from the exercise area in STA.
