Public Safety briefs

On July 28 at 3:24 p.m., Public Safety reported a vehicle accident in LOT X. A UST employee reported they backed their vehicle into a sign, causing minor damage to the sign and their vehicle.

On July 29, 2010, Public Safety reported property damage outside of St. Mary’s Chapel. The St. Paul Seminary sign, and a construction sign, had graffiti of an unknown origin on them.

On July 30 at 3:26 p.m., Public Safety reported a theft outside of Summit Classroom Building. A UST student reported their secured bicycle was stolen from the bike rack outside of SCB.

On July 31 at 11:19 p.m., Public Safety reported a noise/party complaint on the 1900 block of Marshall Avenue. A UST neighbor reported ongoing concerns regarding an address on the block.

On July 31 at 12:05 a.m., Public Safety responded to a medical in Morrison Hall. A UST guest who was not feeling well was transported by a chaperone to an area hospital for further medical attention.

On July 31 at 3:37 p.m., Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a medical in Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas. A UST guest, who fell and hit their head, was transported by Medics to an area hospital for further medical attention.

On August 1 at 2:30 a.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to a noise/party complaint on the 80 block of Cleveland Avenue. SPPD advised the residents of an address on the block of proper noise levels.

On August 2 at 1:20 p.m., Public Safety responded to a medical outside of Schulze Hall. An unidentified individual, who appeared to be in a distressed state, declined medical assistance from officers and left the area.

On August 3 at 12:23 a.m., Public Safety reported a suspicious incident in O’Shaugnessy Science Hall. A UST employee reported a UST computer was missing from a first floor classroom.

On August 3 at 12:42 a.m., Public Safety reported a medical in 1028 Harmon Place. An unidentified individual who suffered from a seizure at the UST clinic was transported by Hennepin County Medical Center Medics to an area medical facility for further assistance.

On August 3 at 6:46 a.m., Public Safety, the St. Paul Police Department, and St. Paul Fire Department Medics responded to disorderly conduct in Morrison Hall. A former UST student, who became combative with officers due to a diabetic reaction, was detained, assisted by Medics, and sent home with a family member.
