Public Safety briefs

On Sept. 12 at 3:41 a.m., Public Safety assisted a UST student in Flynn Residence Hall. The student, who was stuck in an FRH elevator, was able to exit the elevator upon it being repaired by a UST vendor.

On Sept. 12 at 3:59 p.m., Public Safety reported public urination on the 2000 block of Portland Avenue. A UST neighbor reported an unidentified individual urinated in the street in front of their residence.

On Sept. 13 at 10:07 a.m., Public Safety reported harassment in O’Shaughnessy Hall. A UST employee reported they received unwanted phone calls from an unidentified individual.

On Sept. 15 at 10:14 a.m., Public Safety reported a theft in O’Shaughnessy Educational Center. A UST employee reported a UST laptop was stolen from a lower level office area.

On Sept. 15 at 11:18 a.m., Public Safety reported a suspicious incident in Flynn Residence Hall. A UST employee reported a UST keyboard was missing from a lower level lab.

On Sept. 16 at 1:19 a.m., Public Safety reported a suspicious incident in John Pall II Residence Hall. While responding to a fire alarm in JP2, officers observed a UST student tampering with the alarm panel.

On Sept. 16 at 1:53 a.m., Public Safety responded to a disturbance on the 2000 block of Portland Avenue. A report of unidentified individuals yelling and moving traffic cones could not be verified upon officers’ search of the area.

On Sept. 16 at 2:01 a.m., Public Safety reporter property damage in Physical Plant. A UST employee reported a hole in a first floor wall.

On Sept. 17 at 7:56 a.m., Public Safety reported a suspicious incident in Lot K. A UST employee reported a suspicious mark was found on the bumper of their vehicle.
