Public Safety briefs

On Jan. 31 at 4:43 p.m., Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a medical outside of Anderson Parking Facility. A UST student who fell and injured their ankle was transported by medics to an area hospital for further medical attention.

On Feb. 1 at 9:53 p.m., Public Safety reported a suspicious incident in Morrison Hall. An underage UST student’s purse, turned in as found property, was found to have a fake ID.

On Feb. 2 at 1:39 a.m., Public Safety assisted Residence Life in response to an odor of marijuana in Brady Residence Hall. A UST student was found in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia.

On Feb. 2 at 10:03 p.m., Public Safety reported property damage in O’Shaughnessy Education Center. A door handle/locking mechanism were found forcibly removed from a first floor door.

On Feb. 3 at 8:32 a.m., Public Safety assisted a UST alumnus in Morrison Hall. The alumnus reported a former UST student posted a suspicious note on a social networking website.

On Feb. 3 at 4:17 p.m., Public Safety responded to solicitation in O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center. A non-UST affiliated individual selling candy in LIB without authorization was advised to leave campus.

On Feb. 4 at 1:57 a.m., Public Safety and Saint Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a medical in OEC. A UST employee who was not feeling well was provided a taxi to an area hospital for further medical attention.

On Feb. 5 at 1:09 a.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to a liquor law violation in Morrison Hall. An underage intoxicated UST student and an underage intoxicated guest were sent home with parents. A second underage intoxicated guest was transported to detox by SPPD.

On Feb. 5 at 6:06 a.m., Public Safety responded to a liquor law violation on the LOT B drive aisle. An underage UST student was found to have consumed alcohol.

On Feb. 6 at 10:05 p.m, Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to a liquor law violation on the LOT B drive aisle. SPPD stopped a vehicle in the drive aisle and cited an underage UST for underage consumption and cited a second student for a moving violation.
