Public Safety briefs

On May 27 at 5:58 a.m., Public Safety documented property damage outside of Murray-Herrick Campus Center. Multiple flowers were forcibly removed from pots outside of MHC and thrown on the ground.

On May 27 at 8:34 a.m., Public Safety documented property damage on the 2000 block of Lincoln Avenue. A UST neighbor reported a cement landscaping statue was forcibly removed from their front steps and left in another yard.

On May 29 at 1:23 a.m., Public Safety responded to an intoxicated person outside of Murray-Herrick Campus Center. An intoxicated non-UST affiliated individual of legal drinking age was sent home with a sober caregiver.

On May 30 at 3:24 a.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to a noise/party complaint on the 1800 block of Portland Avenue. SPPD advised the residents of an address on the block of proper noise levels.

On May 30 at 7:33 a.m., Public Safety assisted the Washington County Sheriff’s Office with an investigation in Morrison Hall. A UST student, initially reported as missing, was later contacted by WCSO off campus and was OK.

On May 31 at 8:05 p.m., Public Safety reported damage to a vehicle in LOT K. An individual knocked over a cement pillar, which struck a parked vehicle.

On June 1 at 12:06 p.m., Public Safety and the Minneapolis Fire Department Medics responded to a medical on 11th Street. A non-UST affiliated individual who fell and injured a hip was transported to an area hospital for further medical attention.

On June 1 at 4:05 p.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department documented vehicle damage on the 2000 block of Cleveland Avenue. A UST employee’s parked vehicle was struck, damaging the rear of the vehicle.

On June 2 at 10:40 a.m., Public Safety documented a neighbor complaint on the 1800 block of Dayton Avenue. A UST neighbor reported a loud party was held at a residence on the block the day before.

On June 2 at 6:13 p.m., Public Safety documented a theft outside of Morrison Hall. A UST student reported a secured bicycle was stolen from the bike rack outside of MOR.

On June 2 at 9:29 p.m., Public Safety responded to an odor of marijuana in the Grotto. Four underage non-affiliated individuals were found in possession of alcohol, marijuana and related paraphernalia.
