On May 3 at 10:11 p.m., Public Safety assisted Residence Life with an odor of marijuana in Cretin Residence Hall. A UST student was found to have used and was in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia.  logo_PSBriefs1-300x300

On May 3 at 12:04 a.m., Public Safety assisted Residence Life with an odor of marijuana in Cretin Residence Hall. A UST student was found to have used and was in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia.

On May 4 at 7:24 a.m., Public Safety responded to a medical in Morrison Hall. A UST student who was bleeding from the mouth after being struck by a Frisbee was assisted by an officer and declined further medical attention.

On May 4 at 4:01 p.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in Cretin Residence Hall. A Residence Life staff member reported unidentified persons were throwing plastic bags filled with water out of a fourth floor Cretin residence.

On May 5 at 2:18 a.m., Public Safety documented a liquor law violation at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Cleveland Avenue. The St. Paul Police Department reported an underage intoxicated St. Thomas student was transported by SPPD to an area hospital due to Detox being full.

On May 5 at 4:02 p.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to property damage on the 100 block of North Finn Street. A fallen tree struck three cars parked on the block, damaging all three.

On May 6 at 1:05 a.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to a noise/party complaint on the 2100 block of Dayton Avenue. A small group of people outside of a residence on the block left the area upon an officer’s arrival and no further noise was observed.

On May 6 at 1:21 a.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to an unknown disturbance at the intersection of Portland Avenue and Wilder Street. Nobody was located upon officers’ check of the area.

On May 7 at 11:13 a.m., Public Safety responded to a disturbance in Anderson Student Center. A non-UST affiliated individual, who became belligerent with Food Service staff, was located at the shuttle stop and identified by officers.

On May 7 at 10:30 p.m., Public Safety responded to a disturbance in O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center. A non-UST affiliated individual, previously documented as being a disruptive presence in the library, was trespassed from UST.

On May 9 at 9:46 a.m., Public Safety documented a burglary on the 2000 block of Dayton Avenue. The St. Paul Police Department reported an unidentified suspect entered a residence on the block and stole a laptop and television.

On May 9 at 1:12 p.m., Public Safety and the Minneapolis Fire Department responded to an alarm in Schulze Hall. A UST student reported she inadvertently activated a pull-station, causing the alarm to sound.
