Public Safety posts alert about suspicious person looking into windows on Grand Avenue
Public Safety issued an alert Friday about an unidentified male who was spotted looking into the windows of two houses on the 1900 block of Grand Avenue around 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2.
