On Nov. 25, 2014 at 6:24 a.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in O’Shaughnessy Educational Center. Facilities Maintenance staff reported finding several copies of social media posts and messages written on chalk boards in classrooms.

On Nov. 26, 2014 at 4:40 p.m., Public Safety documented a fraudulent driver’s license in the Morrison Hall Public Safety Office. A St. Thomas student’s fake ID, found by a non-affiliated person in LOT B, was secured as found property inventory. PUBLIC_SAFETY_THUMB8

On Nov. 26, 2014 at 1:45 a.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in O’Shaughnessy – Frey Library Center. A folding knife, recovered by an employee near a first floor computer, was secured as found property inventory.

On Nov. 26, 2014 at 12:27 a.m., Public Safety documented a motor vehicle accident on the LOT B drive aisle. A St. Thomas student reported a St. Thomas vehicle slid on ice and struck the side of her vehicle, damaging the rear passenger side panel.

On Nov. 26, 2014 at 12:29 a.m., Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a medical in Health Services. The parent of a St. Thomas student, who was suffering from severe abdominal pain, was transported by Medics to an area hospital for further medical attention.

On Nov. 26, 2014 at 2:56 p.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in the Morrison Hall Public Safety Office. A St. Thomas employee reported a suspicious letter addressed to an administrator had been received in the St. Thomas Mailroom.

On Nov. 26, 2014 at 5:30 p.m., Public Safety assisted Residence Life staff with an odor of marijuana in Flynn Residence Hall. A St. Thomas student was found in possession of marijuana related paraphernalia.

On Nov. 29, 2014 at 1:08 a.m., Public Safety responded to a disturbance outside of Alumni and Constituent Relations. An intoxicated non-St. Thomas affiliated juvenile was transported home by the St. Paul Police Department.

On Nov. 29, 2014 at 8:28 a.m., Public Safety documented property damage on the 1900 block of Selby Avenue. A St. Thomas neighbor reported she discovered a vehicle had driver through her yard and knocked over a tree.

On Dec. 2, 2014 at 1:31 p.m., Public Safety documented a theft near Grand and Fairview Avenues. A student reported two individuals approached him on campus, and later sold him stereo equipment off campus that was not what the sellers claimed the equipment to be.

On Dec. 2, 2014 at 8:06 p.m., Public Safety responded to a medical in Minneapolis Opus Hall. A St. Thomas student who fainted during class was assisted by officers and taken by a family member to an area medical facility for further attention.

On Dec. 3, 2014 at 5:56 p.m., Public Safety documented a burglary on the 2100 block of Fairmount Avenue. The St. Paul Police Department reported a residence on the block was burglarized.

On Dec. 3, 2014 at 8:59 p.m., Public Safety and Residence Life assisted a St. Thomas parent with a welfare check in Grace Residence Hall. The parent’s student, who the parent was trying to reach, was located in her residence and was safe.

On Dec. 4, 2014 at 9:23 p.m., Public Safety assisted Residence Life with a suspicious odor in Flynn Residence Hall. Two St. Thomas students were found in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia.
