Johnson is from Eau Claire, Wis. He is the president of the St. Thomas National Residence Hall Honorary chapter, and he has previously been involved with St. Thomas’ Tutor-Mentor Program, VISION and Global Tommies.

Johnson said he is most proud of a project collaboration with NRHH, Undergraduate Student Government and the Student Legacy Program to bring mobile food-packing opportunities from Feed My Starving Children to St. Thomas. He said the people he has met and the opportunities provided to him throughout his college journey have made St. Thomas a collectively great memory.

Johnson said most students might not know that he loves the academic challenges presented at St. Thomas, and he enjoys taking tests.

Next year, Johnson said he will attend Clemson University (S.C.) in pursuit of a Master’s degree in Student Affairs.
