October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. When I think of the importance of breast cancer awareness, many ideas come to mind: promoting practices for early detection, relaying statistics about breast cancer and donating to research.

Volleyball wins at Dig for the Cure Night

The St. Thomas volleyball team beat St. Catherine’s Friday at home. The Tommies won all three sets during the match, making their record 22-4 overall. The victory gave the Tommies 17 consecutive wins.

St. Thomas homecoming is just around the corner and Tommies will be attending football games and even tailgating, but one aspect of typical college homecomings will be noticeably absent: a large Greek system on campus.
