The St. Thomas women’s basketball team lost 72-67 to the No. 6 UW-Stevens Point Pointers Monday night. Both teams were in the NCAA playoffs last season.
The Blue Ox Rugby Football Club has won the past two regional competitions and has qualified to play in this year’s national championship, but the team is unable to compete because it is not affiliated with St. Thomas.

One of the goals of the Tommie women’s basketball team is to go undefeated this season. Well, sort of.
“We want to go 1-0 after every game,” coach Ruth Sinn said.
The women’s hockey team opened up its MIAC season Friday and Saturday with back-to-back 4-0 wins over Augsburg.
