Public Safety briefs

On June 3 at 12:13 p.m., Public Safety documented a theft in Brady Residence Hall. A UST student reported several articles of unsecured clothing were stolen from the fourth floor BRA lounge.

On June 3 at 8:34 p.m., Public Safety reported property damage in Aquinas Hall. A window in the west stairwell, between the third and fourth floor, was struck and damaged by an employee working in AQU.

On June 4 at 12:56 a.m., Public Safety and the Saint Paul Police Department responded to a noise/party complaint on the 2000 block of Marshall Avenue. SPPD cleared approximately 50 people from a residence on the block.

On June 5 at 4:13 p.m., Public Safety documented a suspicious incident on the 1900 block of Ashland Avenue. A UST neighbor reported his grill was taken from his property and later recovered from a residence down the street.

On June 7 at 4:56 a.m., Public Safety responded to property damage in Murray-Herrick Campus Center. A burst pipe caused water to flood the Commuter Center and several other rooms, damaging several pieces of UST property.

On June 7 at 8:27 a.m., Public Safety documented a theft on the 2000 block of Dayton Avenue. A UST neighbor reported their unsecured grill was stolen from their yard.

On June 8 at 9:14 a.m., Public Safety responded to a suspicious incident in Murray-Herrick Campus Center. A non-UST affiliated individual soliciting UST employees for money was trespassed from campus.

On June 10 at 5:34 p.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to drug possession at the intersection of Mississippi River Boulevard and Goodrich Avenue. Three non-UST affiliated individuals, who were found to have used and were in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia, were identified by SPPD and trespassed from UST.

On June 10 at 6:38 p.m., Public Safety responded to a trespass violation in LOT O. A non-UST affiliated individual, previously advised to remain off campus, was identified and trespassed from campus.

On June 11 at 3:02 a.m., Public Safety reported property damage on North Athletic Field (NAF). A door to a dugout storage area was found forcibly opened.

On June 11 at 10:08 p.m., Public Safety documented fraud in Morrison Hall. A parent of a UST alumnus reported the alumnus had a check stolen and used fraudulently.
