Yohuru Williams to take new role, launch Racial Justice Initiative at St. Thomas

St. Thomas College of Arts and Sciences Dean Yohuru Williams has elected to stay at St. Thomas to take a position as a Distinguished University Chair, Professor and Founding Director of the new Racial Justice Initiative at St. Thomas beginning July 1, university President Julie Sullivan announced in an email on Wednesday.

University of St. Thomas announces plan to reopen campus

The University of St. Thomas plans to begin reopening campus June 15 and will aim to fully reopen by August 15, President Julie Sullivan wrote in an email Monday. These plans include requiring community members to wear masks in common areas.
