Law students from three schools, the University of Minnesota, Hamline University and St. Thomas gathered for a demonstration of justice for Amir Locke and all stolen lives at Peavey Plaza in downtown Minneapolis Friday.
The University of St. Thomas School of Law jumped 24 places to rank 111 in the U.S. News and World Report law program ranking.
St. Thomas School of Law professor Mark Osler was profiled in Rolling Stone magazine about his advocacy for the elimination of mandatory drug sentencing minimums.
Helen Ebert, director of communications for the St. Thomas School of Law, said events surrounding the death of alumnus Ted Hoffstrom and a prominent Minnesota doctor are “tragic.”
