Tuition to increase 4.9 percent next year
A number of factors contributed to next year’s tuition increase including more financial aid and an increase to the faculty and staff salary pool.

Students respond to lower drinking age bill
On Jan. 30, Rep. Phyllis Kahn proposed a bill that would lower the legal drinking age in Minnesota to 18 years old. The bill would allow 18-year-olds to purchase and consume alcohol in bars and restaurants.
Brady Hall still recovering from flood
The aftermath of the Feb. 7 flood in Brady Hall is still affecting hall residents, but the students responsible have come forward.
