  1. Energy drinks are absolutely terrible for you! I don’t why anyone would want to consume them. They’re like putting poison into your system.

    A much healthier way is to find a healthy diet you can stick with and enjoy. I struggled to find one myself. I was constantly going from diet to diet without any results. This all changed once I found Eat Stop Eat, this diet has changed my life. Finally I was able to commit to a diet. This diet allows me enjoy my food and get the results I am looking for! I recommend it to anyone looking to lose weight.
