Over the last 50 years, the gray wolf population in Minnesota has grown and stabilized, but with the removal of the gray wolf from the federal Endangered Species Act, many are worried this will jeopardize wolf populations.

Protection and management will now be up to individual states and tribal governments, where farmers and wildlife activists butt heads.
