Israel’s military said it found the body of another hostage in a building adjacent to Gaza City’s Shifa Hospital, the focus of clashing narratives over who is to blame for the widespread suffering of Palestinian civilians during the war between Israel and Hamas.

The military identified the dead hostage today as Cpl. Noa Marciano. The body of another hostage, Yehudit Weiss, was found Thursday as Israeli troops searched the hospital complex.

A gag order that barred Donald Trump from commenting about court personnel after he disparaged a law clerk in his New York civil fraud trial was temporarily lifted yesterday by an appellate judge who raised free speech concerns.

Judge David Friedman of the state’s intermediate appeals court issued what’s known as a stay — suspending the gag order and allowing the former president to speak freely about court staff while a longer appeals process plays out.

Regis Corporation, a Minnesota-based leader in the haircare industry, today announced that it intends to effect a reverse stock split of its outstanding common stock, par value $0.05 per share, at a ratio of one-for-twenty.

The reverse stock split is primarily intended to bring the Company into compliance with stock exchange minimum bid price requirements.
