On Sept. 8, 2013 at 3:06 a.m., Public Safety documented a liquor law violation in Lot G. Three underage individuals unaffiliated with St. Thomas were sent home with sober caregivers.

On Sept. 9, 2013 at 5 p.m., Public Safety documented harassment in Flynn Residence Hall. A St. Thomas student reported receiving unwanted contact from another student, who was advised to cease contact with her.

On Sept. 9, 2013 at 9:09 p.m., Public Safety documented property damage in John Paul II Residence Hall. A clogged drain caused water to back up and leak, damaging ceiling tiles on the lower level. PublicSafety_Briefs_PHOTO

On Sept. 10, 2013 at 8:13 a.m., Public Safety documented property damage on the North Athletic Fields. There was spray-paint graffiti on the championship banners on the west fence line of the baseball field.

On Sept. 11, 2013 at 7:18 p.m., Public Safety documented two liquor law violations in Cretin Residence Hall. Two underage students admitted to consuming alcohol.

On Sept. 11, 2013 at 9 p.m., Public Safety documented property damage on the North Athletic Fields. There was chalk graffiti on the back of the dugout on the third base line.

On Sept. 12, 2013 at 5:30 p.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in Lot M. A St. Thomas student made an obscene gesture at an officer.

On Sept. 13, 2013 at 1:30 a.m., Public Safety documented an assault on the 2100 block of Summit Avenue. Three unidentified individuals assaulted a St. Thomas student, who was then transferred to the hospital for medical attention.

On Sept. 13, 2013 at 2:56 p.m., Public Safety documented a hit-and-run in the Morrison Hall R2 parking garage. A St. Thomas student reported the rear passenger door of her car was struck and had minor damage.

On. Sept. 13, 2013 at 9:08 p.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity at O’Shaughnessy Stadium. Officers sent a non-St. Thomas affiliated individual taking pictures from a restricted area off campus.

On Sept. 13, 2013 at 9:04 p.m., Public Safety documented 10 liquor law violations in John Paul II Residence Hall. Ten underage students were found to have consumed alcohol.

On Sept. 13, 2013 at 10:17 p.m., Public Safety documented lewd conduct in O’Shaughnessy Stadium. An unidentified suspect ran nude across the football field and nearly struck an officer.

On Sept. 14, 2013 at 12:39 a.m., Public Safety documented a noise complaint on the 1700 block of Selby Avenue. The St. Paul Police Department reported three St. Thomas students and six non-St. Thomas students were cited for underage consumption. Four students were also cited for social host.

On Sept. 14, 2013 at 6:49 p.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity outside of Dowling Residence Hall. A St. Thomas student reported she was approached by an unidentified individual who made unwanted advances and followed her to the Anderson Student Center.

On Sept. 14, 2013 at 11:26 p.m., Public Safety documented a noise complaint on the 1800 block of Marshall Avenue. The St. Paul Police Department reported three St. Thomas students were cited for underage consumption.

On Sept. 15, 2013 at 12:11 p.m., Public Safety documented a liquor law violation in Ireland Residence Hall. A severely intoxicated underage St. Thomas student was sent off campus with a sober caregiver.

On Sept. 15, 2013 at 11:30 a.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in Grace Residence Hall. A Residence Life staff member reported she escorted a solicitor out of the building despite advising him he was not to be in the building.

On Sept. 16, 2013 at 6:13 p.m., Public Safety documented a hit-and-run in Lot O. A St. Thomas student reported she was struck by an unidentified car when she was walking in the parking lot and injured her ankle.

On Sept. 16, 2013 at 9:05 p.m., Public Safety documented a drug law violation in Ireland Residence Hall. A St. Thomas student was found in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia.
