The St. Thomas men’s and women’s basketball teams both faced off against Augsburg on Saturday.

The men’s team beat Augusburg 81-70, remaining undefeated this season. Junior guard Riley Miller sank six three-pointers in the first half.

The women’s team bounced back from a loss to St. Ben’s last Wednesday to beat Augsburg 89-42, avenging their loss to the Auggies during the MIAC championships last year.

The men’s team is set to play St. Mary’s today, and then both teams will play again this Wednesday.

The men’s hockey team defeated St. Mary’s 4-2 Saturday to stay undefeated. Goalie Jacob Berger stopped 26 out of 28 shots on goal.

This comes after the women’s hockey game at Gustavus was postponed due to COVID-19 concerns.
