The St. Thomas men’s hockey team, fresh off a victory against St. John’s, will play against Concordia-Moorhead this Saturday for the MIAC playoff championship.

The Tommies easily handled St. John’s 4-1 Saturday in St. Cloud. Concordia defeated Augsburg University in the other semifinal.

St. Thomas men’s basketball lost the MIAC tournament championship game against St. John’s 82-63 Saturday, but still earned a bid to the NCAA tournament.

The team will travel to UW-Platteville to play St. Norbert College in the first round of the NCAA tournament.

Both St. Thomas men’s and women’s indoor track teams won MIAC championships Saturday in Collegeville.

The men’s team has won 36 indoor conference championships in a row and the women’s team has won 21 in a row.
