The St. Thomas men’s and women’s basketball teams both head to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, this weekend to play in the 2024 Summit League Championships. Each Tommie team defeated Denver this past weekend, wrapping up regular season play.

The men’s basketball team solidified their spot in the championships with an overpowering 83-58 win all while the women’s team did the same on the road, beating Denver 79-68.

Women’s tennis was not so lucky this weekend when they matched up against Denver on Saturday but ended its weekend with a win against Northern Iowa for the first time in program history.

St. Thomas softball experienced a 4-3 loss this weekend against the Illinois State Redbirds at the Cougar Invitational in southern Illinois.
