St. Thomas men’s basketball will face number one seed Oral Roberts Monday night after beating Western Illinois 67-60 Sunday to advance to the Summit League semi finals.

Graduate forward Parker Bjorklund and first-year guard Andrew Rohde collectively scored 49 points to give the program its first D-1 playoff win.

St. Thomas women’s basketball team was eliminated from the Summit League playoffs after a season-ending 87-59 loss to South Dakota State on Saturday.

The team won its first playoff game against Western Illinois Friday.

Men’s hockey was also eliminated from playoff contention after being swept by Michigan State in the first round of the CCHA playoffs over the weekend.
