St. Thomas’s own Anna Swanson became the Summit League Champion in the javelin, getting the program record in the process. She was one of three-point scorers for the women’s program this Thursday, while the men scored five finishes.

St. Thomas baseball lost a high-scoring game against Northern Illinois this Wednesday, falling short 14-15 against the Huskies. Their next match is a series of three away games against Omaha this weekend.

The Minnesota Timberwolves will play their third game in the conference semifinal series against the Nuggets tonight at 8:30 pm. This follows the Wolves convincingly winning game two,106 to 80, Monday night in part due to their great defense in the first half of the game.
