The St. Thomas women’s soccer team fell short of Final Four after a penalty shootout Saturday.

The Tommies ended up losing 6-5 to the Tartans in the Elite Eight of the Division III NCAA Tournament at Joe Bean Stadium.

It marks the second straight season the Tommies bowed out of the tournament after falling in a penalty shootout.

The St. Thomas men’s basketball team won over Nebraska Wesleyan Saturday.

The Tommies rolled out an old formula to gain a victory of 82-63 over the Prairie Wolves.

It was the Tommies’ second double-digit margin of victory over the last eight months.

St. Thomas’ men’s cross country took 28th in NCAA Championship meet.

In a field of 280 runners in wet, muddy conditions, Senior Karl Wachter placed 50th leading to Tommie’s placement of 28th in the championship in Louisville, Kentucky.
