First-year forward Faris Colic scored the lone goal with a header in the 12th minute leading the St. Thomas men’s soccer team to a 1-0 win against Summit League opponent Nebraska-Omaha Saturday at South Field.

The game marked the first Division I win for the Tommies (1-11-2, 1-4 Summit).

It took seven games before the St. Thomas men’s hockey team was able to secure their first Division I victory this season. The Tommies split its Ferris State series with a historic 5-2 win Saturday at St. Thomas Ice Arena in Mendota Heights.

The St. Thomas women’s hockey team couldn’t find its momentum in a 7-0 loss against No. 8 ranked University of Minnesota-Duluth Sunday at St. Thomas Ice Arena in Mendota Heights.
