The Minnesota State High School League is holding a special meeting Monday to reconsider holding fall seasons for football and volleyball.

The two sports have currently been pushed to the spring amid COVID-19 concerns. The league’s Board of Directors will vote on the potential move Monday.

The WNBA says Game 1 of its best-of-five semifinal series between the Seattle Storm and the Minnesota Lynx will be played on Tuesday, the original date of Game 2.

Game 1 was postponed before its scheduled Sunday tipoff due to inconclusive COVID-19 test results for Storm players. The league says players with inconclusive results have undergone additional testing and are in isolation.

The Minnesota Vikings fell to 0-2 after losing to the Indianapolis Colts 28-11 at Lucas Oil Stadium Sunday.

Colts running back Jonathan Taylor had 26 carries for 101 yards, while Vikings running back Dalvin Cook had 14 carries for 63 yards.
