INDIANAPOLIS – Senior quarterback Cade Sexauer ran in two touchdowns in the St. Thomas football team’s 27-13 road win over Butler Saturday, securing the Tommies’ outright win of the Pioneer Football League title. Cam Kauffman has the story.

The St. Thomas football team entered its first Division I season in 2021 ranked 128th of 128 teams in the FCS. Fifteen months later, the No. 23 Tommies are undefeated in the Pioneer Football League, have clinched at least a share of the conference crown and are just one victory away from winning it outright.
