Wednesday classes canceled due to weather

All in-person classes on Wednesday, Feb. 22, are canceled starting at 6 a.m. according to an email and text sent to the St. Thomas community by Public Safety. Executive Director Owen Larson and Managing Editor Sam Larson have the story.
