Tommie standout Anders Nelson to transfer, won’t forget ‘unbelievable four-year experience’
After four fantastic years at St. Thomas, senior guard Anders Nelson will graduate and transfer to William & Mary for his fifth-year. The Edina native is hoping he can help improve the five-win school but noted he won’t forget being a Tommie. “You guys have supplied me with memories that will last a lifetime,” Nelson said.

Tommies split doubleheader against Green Bay in home finale
The St. Thomas softball team split its doubleheader, winning 9-1 and losing 5-3, with Green Bay Tuesday at South Field. First-year pitcher Christina Crawford dominated on both sides of the ball in game one, going 3-3 with a three-run home run and pitching all five innings.

Sophomore second baseman Sam Kulesa was named Summit League TicketSmarter Player of the Week Monday for his performance over the past week. This marks Kulesa’s first weekly honor of his career.
